Packing and storage of sodium diacetate

1、Feeding grade sodium diacetate is packed in plastic bag with inner packaging, outer packaging with kraft paper bag, 25kg/bag.

2, storage, airtight, low temperature, moisture, sun protection, do not mix with other alkaline and toxic substances, in the feed additives in the processing of feed, should avoid high temperature, in order to prevent the decomposition of sodium bisacetate, reducing the effect of its consumption.

In its natural state, SDA slowly releases acetic acid, a small molecule organic acid. Acetic acid molecule has good compatibility with lipid-like compounds, when acetic acid passes through the cell wall (undissociated acetic acid can penetrate the cell wall of the mold tissue more effectively than ionized acetic acid), in order to interfere with the inter-cellular enzyme interactions, so that the protein in the cell is denatured, thus playing an antimicrobial effect. The use of SDA not only maintains the bactericidal properties of acetic acid, but also does not cause the feed palatability to deteriorate due to too much acidity. Therefore, SDA can prevent the stored food and beverage mold, corruption, and thus has the effect of antiseptic, preservation of freshness.
